Documents needed for enrolment:

 

• Birth certificate

• Vaccination chart

• Proof of address (not older than 3 monts)

• Last report card (if the child attended a school prior to this enrolment)

• Transfer card (if the child attended a school prior to this enrolment)

• Identity document for both parents

• Completed enrolment form
